    There are probably several jobs you can fake with that degree, if you get creative. Besides, getting a job on the other side, getting paid in precious metals, and selling them on this side might be an option.

      In general, unless you are a refugee fleeing the country you’re probably better off using a form of currency less conspicuous and a bit more in standard use. That said, the coin itself is probably quite saleable to any jeweler and even sold at the inevitable severe discount that one would have to accept for keeping things discreet would probably net a relatively decent return.

      Mind you, how discreet we could count on Mike being is an open question that has yet to be answered. >_>
