In general, unless you are a refugee fleeing the country you’re probably better off using a form of currency less conspicuous and a bit more in standard use. That said, the coin itself is probably quite saleable to any jeweler and even sold at the inevitable severe discount that one would have to accept for keeping things discreet would probably net a relatively decent return.
