  This won’t help you to not be killed by a demon, but just in case you need to cross a certain bridge or death… The airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is approximately 24 miles per hour. Hope that helps you some day! ^_^

Somehow, Mike’s line in Panel 4 is so much funnier when he leans into the panel to deliver it, as he does here, than it would be if he were shown just standing next to Kris like he is in Panel 2. Nice work there, Pete!

Why would Kris be reading up on Demon law? I mean, I know that he’s really book-smart and he likes to read, but what possible use (other than this unexpected Francis-esque problem) could Kris need it for?…He must be psychic.

Well, he says he’s read up on demons, not necessarily demon law. And Francis seems to have approached Kris as much for his general skill at reading and understanding things as for whatever he might already know about demon culture.
