What is important to you?
on August 11, 2017
I wanted to ask you guys a very important question, as it will help determine the direction that Bardsworth moves in the future. It would help me greatly if you took the time to answer the poll, and if you’d like to leave further clarification in the comments, please do. So…

Definitely a mix of all of these. No updates is understandable because life is a thing, but the images bring together the good story ^^
If you’re wanting to scrap the image side and convert it to writing, maybe mix in single images? Like a few paragraphs, then the image of the new lady looking angry, then some more writing etc. Just my two cents ^^
I think Bardworth thrives best when you feel free to let your creativity flow without the pressures of the readers weighing you down. Bardsworth is a great comic, and I don’t think you should be forced to come up with thigs to keep an update schedule. 🙂
I’d say every single one of these is important. But the one that’s def easiest to sacrifice if it means keeping the others at top quality is the regular update schedule. We know that the comic’s not going to up and vanish, so as long as updates keep pumping out every so often I’ll at least keep coming back to read it. I enjoy the story and want to see where it’s going, the art is pretty good, the fact it’s a free comic is great (and is a gigantic reason I’ve no issue with no concrete schedule) while collections for people that can afford to buy them are good for both them and you. So yeah, everything listed is important, but from my perspective at least the least important is adamantly adhering to a schedule if it means the other bits start lacking.
I agree with the others. A healthy balance of all of them is critical. I enjoy regular updates but life get in the way and is MUCH more important than the comic. I stay for the story and the lovable characters you have created (Francis love forever). Having it free is a nice perk, but if it needs to be paid to make ends meet you need to do what you need to do to keep it alive for your fans, even if it’s charging to read it.
I think it’s most important that you enjoy what you’ve created/are creating and feel proud of all that you’ve accomplished. Whatever you need to keep that passion and creative spark alive is what is best for you and the series.
The story, the artwork, and free to read online are important to me. I think I agree with what Kamai and Dinah said, and absolutely understand if life makes it hard to keep a regular update schedule.
